SO YOU WANT TO GO TO SLEEP

The day is over and it’s time to go to sleep. But you are restless, your mind is in turmoil, and sleep is the least likely thing that is going to happen. Go back to when you woke this morning.What time was it? What states was your mind in? Did you get the sacred eight hours? No. Why not? is there a pattern here?

Now you can have a good night’s sleep.
